Segulah acquires Francks Kylindustri

Francks Kylindustri is the market leading provider of industrial refrigeration in Sweden with a turnover of SEK 450 million. The company, that was founded in 1950, has 200 employees and a head office in Norrköping. Through its offices in ten locations, from Ludvika in the north to Helsingborg in the south, Francks performs complex refrigeration installations in various industries.

Both the current chairman, Göran Franck, and CEO Per Hannius, will remain as owners together with Segulah.
