Equip Capital acquires Holly Greens

Valentum advised the owners of Holy Greens on the sale to Equip Capital.

Holy Greens opened its first restaurant in 2013 and is today the leading salad bar chain in Sweden. By focusing on high quality ingredients and well-composed salads, Holy Greens has created a concept that customers appreciate. The company has eleven restaurants in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Helsingborg.

The company’s present owner will remain with substantial ownership and operate the business together with Equip Capital.
