Latour Industries acquires Vimec

Valentum advised Latour on the acquisition of Vimec Srl, a manufacturer of platform lifts and stair lifts with head offices in Luzzara, Italy.

Latour Industries has signed an agreement to acquire all the shares in Vimec Srl. Vimec is a well-known quality supplier of lifts with a strong position both in Italy and several other European countries. Latour Industries is a subsidiary to Investment AB Latour, that focuses on growing industrial companies to become own business areas within the Latour Group.
