Storskogen acquires Tepac
Valentum advised the owners of Tepac in the sale to Storskogen
Tepac was founded in 2001 by Fredrik Englund and Patrik Antonsson and has established itself as one of the leading players within pipe replacements in Greater Stockholm. The customer base primarily consists of housing cooperatives and the Company is one of few service providers in its segment that perform pipe replacements while residents are still living in their apartments. Since start, Tepac has had a clear goal to continuously streamline the pipe replacement process and the Company has successfully designeda work method that consistently ensures quality and customer satisfaction.

Tepac has approximately 35 employees and had a turnover of about SEK 134m and an EBITDA of about SEK 30m during the previous fiscal year. Storskogen acquired a majority of the shares and the founders of Tepac remain in operative roles in the management team.
