Röko acquires Hot Screen
Valentum advised the owners of Hot Screen on the sale to Röko.
Hot Screen was founded in 1991 in Kungsbacka and is one of the leading manufacturers of heat transfers and heat presses in the Nordics. Its objective is to develop high quality heat transfers that are eco-friendly and affordable. The company was acquired by the current owners in 2014 and has since tripled its turnover. Since 2014, Hot Screen has also built one of the most modern and eco-friendly manufacturing plants in the world, situated in Fjärås, near Kungsbacka.
The current owners will remain as significant shareholders in the company and continue to operate the business in partnership with Röko. Their joint ambition is to additionally accelerate the company’s organic sales growth, not least in the rest of Europe.
Valentum’s project team consisted of Tomas Almgren, Martin Agerup and David Hammarström.
