Riwal acquires Lipac Liftar
Valentum advised the owners of Lipac Liftar on the sale to Riwal.
Lipac Liftar is one of the largest aerial work platforms (AWPs) rental companies in Sweden and has, since the foundation in 1972, established a fleet of more than 1,000 lifts. The company was acquired by Riwal, an international reseller and rental provider of AWPs and telescopic handlers.
