Equip Capital acquires Busfabriken

Valentum advised the owners of Busfabriken on the sale to Equip Capital.

The owners of Busfabriken lay the ground for the market of indoor play areas when they opened the first one in Halmstad in 2006. The objective is to allow children to have fun and move about. Today, the company operates indoor play areas in 13 Nordic cities, amongst these is Vestby in Norway which is the largest in the Nordic countries.

The present owner will remain as a substantial owner in the company and continue to operate the business together with Equip Capital.
