Renta Group acquires Stål & Hyr

Finnish Renta Group acquires Stål & Hyr Group from Accent. Together the two companies will have a turnover of more than SEK 800 million and more than 300 employees in Finland and Sweden.

Stål & Hyr, founded in 1979, is a provider of rental machinery and other equipment, mainly for the construction industry. The company has a wide product and service offering comprising equipment such as: various kinds of tools, small and medium-sized construction machinery, lifts, electrical equipment, scaffolding, weather protection materials and sheds for construction sites. Stål & Hyr has, together with its subsidiary Dennis Maskinuthyrning, a total of 13 rental depots along the west coast of Sweden.
