Infobric acquires TelliQ

Valentum advised the owners of TelliQ on the sale to Infobric.

TelliQ specialises in digital vehicle systems and services for modern fleets of vehicles. The company was founded in 2002 under the name Arkub AB and was one of the first companies in Sweden specialised in telematics. TelliQ develops and offers web-based services and solutions which provide increased profitability for companies where vehicles, machinery and plants comprise a key part in the business. TelliQ AB has 80,000 connected units, a turnover of SEK 105 million and has achieved a yearly growth of around 30 percent over the last three years.

Infobric acquired 100 percent of the shares in TelliQ AB. The previous owners will remain as employees in the company and will reinvest in the group as a whole. The companies’ will have a collective turnover of around SEK 300 million.
