Clearwater International has advised the fast-growing restaurant chain Brödernas on its sale to the leading investment company in the Nordics, Litorina.
Brödernas was founded in 2018 by restauranteurs, as well as brothers, Joakim and Jonas Wiklander, who shortly thereafter joined forces with investors, as well as brothers, Monir Kalgoum and Mika Zibanejad, forming a team that has established Brödernas as a market-leading restaurant brand in Sweden that has to date opened 34 restaurants across Sweden and Spain. Brödernas has a strong emphasis on service and offers high-quality hamburgers and pizzas with excellent reviews.
Litorina has an excellent track record in food and food service investments, and has acquired a majority stake in the company and will continue to support the expansion. The previous owners will remain and continue to develop the business in partnership with Litorina.
