Advises Aarke in the sale to Altor

We have advised the founders behind the fast-growing consumer brand Aarke to bring onboard Altor as a new growth partner. Altor was hand-picked by the founders based on their impressive track-record to support entrepreneurs in general, and consumer brands in particular, to sustain high pace growth.

Aarke has over the last years, with its refined and timeless design, revolutionized the market for home carbonation. The Company has quickly established a market leading global position in the premium segment. The product has gained global popularity and together with Altor, the founding duo aims to refine the entire market for small domestic appliances. In 2020, the Company grew more than 100 percent to reach turnover of SEK 200m.

The founding duo remains significant owners post the transaction and will be operationally involved in the capacity of CEO and CPO, respectively.
